In 2026, Anheuser-Busch will celebrate the 150th anniversary of Budweiser, honoring a legacy that helped shape modern brewing and establish Missouri as a top state for beverage manufacturing.
The milestone will be marked throughout the year, beginning with a new Super Bowl LX advertisement featuring Budweiser’s iconic Clydesdale alongside an American bald eagle, a tribute to the nation as it approaches its 250th birthday. Budweiser will also release commemorative vintage packaging throughout 2026, culminating in an official 150th anniversary celebration at the St. Louis Brewery—where the brand’s story began.

Ahead of this historic anniversary, Anheuser-Busch announced a significant workforce development initiative, reinforcing its long-term manufacturing strategy and underscoring a broader commitment to building the workforce of the future.

Through a partnership with the National Association of Manufacturers’ Manufacturing Institute, Anheuser-Busch is expanding its Technical Excellence Center in St. Louis, opening its best-in-class training facility beyond its own workforce for the first time, providing local trade schools and educators hands-on experience in real-world manufacturing environments.
“At Anheuser-Busch, we believe the future of American manufacturing begins right in our hometown,” said Brendan Whitworth, CEO of Anheuser-Busch. “Our latest investment in St. Louis is about more than creating the highest-quality American-made products—it’s about creating opportunity, driving innovation, and building a stronger future for American workers, veterans, and the entire U.S. manufacturing industry.”
Together, these efforts underscore a long-standing manufacturing legacy in Missouri and Anheuser-Busch’s continued commitment to investing in both its operations and workforce.
