Located in southeastern Missouri, the Washington County Industrial Park is a 212-acre certified industrial park zoned for light, medium and heavy industrial use. A certified site in Missouri requires the ground be mostly clear and level, be at least 25 acres, be intended for business use, have at least a six-inch water main, industrial capacity sanitary sewer, and three-phase 12 kilovolt electric infrastructure.
The Washington County industrial site has water storage capacity for more than 2 million gallons allowing for average usage of 400,00 gallons per day (GPD), and peak usage of 500,000 GPD. Water design capacity for the industrial park is 1,220 GPM, and the site is served by a 10-inch main.
The wastewater sewage treatment plant has the design capacity for 250,000 GPD, allowing for average usage of 39,000 GPD and peak usage of 42,000 GPD. A 12-inch main serves the site.
Natural gas is served via a 4-inch service line with capacity for 100,00 cu ft/h gas at 35 psi. Water, sewer, wastewater and gas are provided by the City of Potosi. Ameren provides the site with two separate 34.5kv feeds. The substation is 2.5 circuit miles from the site. Fiber is provided by CenturyLink with up to 100 Mbit/s available.
The site is located 55 miles from interstate highway 55, 35 miles from interstate highway 44, and 16 miles from U.S. highway 67. Additionally, the Washington County Regional Airport is located 1 mile from the site.
