This Moberly site has the capacity for water and sewer treatment totaling 5 million gallons per day (GPD) each from the City of Moberly. Ameren provides the site with 12 kv of electricity and natural gas via an 8-inch main.
The site is located directly adjacent to the four-lane U.S. highway 63, and 35 miles interstate highway 70. The site is rail-served, is certified as an AT&T fiber park and an Ameren elite site, and is a 35-minute drive from the Columbia Regional Airport.
