Three Missouri Companies Named Among Best to Work For in 2022 By Fortune

Three Missouri companies were recently ranked among Fortune’s 100 best companies to work for in 2022. Edward Jones, Veterans United Home Loans, and World Wide Technology all made the list.
Columbia-based Veterans United was the top ranked Missouri company on the list, ranking 14th. St. Louis-based Edward Jones ranked 35th, and World Wide Technology ranked 71st.
To be considered for the list, companies must employ at least 1,000 U.S. employees. Fortune worked with Great Place to Work, an analytics and consulting firm, to speak to more than half a million employees. They were surveyed on how trustworthy, caring and fair a company is in times of crisis, the employee’s emotional and financial health, and the company’s broader community impact.
