Kourtney Graham Baldauf

Kourtney Graham Baldauf joined Missouri Partnership in September 2025 as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, she is responsible for generating business attraction leads and promoting Missouri as a prime location for business investment and growth.

Kourtney brings over a decade of business development experience to the team, grounded in a long-standing passion for real estate and strategic growth. Her career began in 2009 at Cushman & Wakefield, where she built a strong foundation in commercial real estate and developed a deep appreciation for how it can shape communities. Prior to joining Missouri Partnership, she held strategic roles at Kadean Construction as part of their Business Development and Strategy team, and at Western Specialty Contractors, where she gained valuable experience in both business development and project management.

A proud alumna of the University of Missouri – Columbia, Kourtney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

A native St. Louisan, Kourtney lives in Kirkwood, Missouri with her husband, their two dogs, and a son on the way.
