Kim Gerlt

Kim Gerlt joined Missouri Partnership in 2021. She serves as the Director, Business Recruitment & Capacity Building.

Prior to joining Missouri Partnership, Gerlt worked at The Missouri Bar. She spent most of her career in state government where she worked in various departments, including the Department of Insurance, Boards and Commissions in the Office of Missouri Governor, as well as the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.

She graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
