St. Louis, Missouri, is among the top 10 cities for software engineers, according to a study by SpareFoot. St. Louis tied for sixth place with Phoenix.
The study highlighted St. Louis for its cost of living, amount of opportunity and real adjusted salary for software engineers. SpareFoot , an Austin,Texas-based moving and storage marketplace, used data from ZipRecruiter, PayScale and AreaVibes to determine the real adjusted salary, cost of living and opportunity index.
