Tech Mahindra, a professional services company based in India, is expanding with a new innovation center in O’Fallon, Missouri. The 13,000 sq. ft. facility houses about 120 employees and will be used to hire and train local talent in emerging digital technologies to help meet Tech Mahindra’s business needs.
“We believe it is our responsibility to invest in the local communities we operate in, and this is a step towards supporting increase in employability of future technologists, and delivering enhanced experience to our customers globally,” said CP Gurnani, managing director and CEO of Tech Mahindra. “We look forward to seeing the innovations that come out of this center as we develop real-world solutions for a digital future.”
The new center, which includes a makers lab, will be used to develop technology, including automation, artificial intelligence, security, machine learning, cloud computing, big data, data and analytics, and blockchain. The $4.9 billion Tech Mahindra currently has more than 450 associates in the St. Louis region.
