Professional Services Company Expands In Springfield, Missouri, Adds 200 New Jobs

TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a global provider of customer experience, engagement and growth solutions, is expanding in Springfield, Missouri. The company will expand into an existing 20,000 sq. ft. facility, and plans to create 200 new jobs in the region.
“TeleTech is proud to be creating job opportunities in driving customer experience excellence across the U.S. in markets such as Springfield,” said Martin DeGhetto, Chief Operating Officer, Customer Management and Customer Growth Services, TeleTech. “The strength of Springfield’s workforce and the synergies found in having a satellite location within the same city were deciding factors for TeleTech in adding the expansion center.”
The new expansion center will serve as an extension of TeleTech’s current Springfield facility, and is expected to open this summer.
