i3 Broadband, a British-owned, professional services company that provides fiber-optic internet service to homes and businesses, recently announced plans to invest more than $100 million in St. Charles County, Missouri. The company is planning to build a broadband network there.
i3 plans to open a regional office in St. Peters. Construction will begin this Spring on its planned 100% fiber-optic broadband network. As part of its expansion plans, i3 will create more than 100 new jobs in the region.
“One of the key elements of our investment in St. Charles County is to put in infrastructure that will allow further growth throughout the region,” said i3 General Manager Josh Bradbury.
