ProEnergy Services plans to invest $25.7 million in its Sedalia, Mo., facilities and create more than 300 jobs there during the next three years.
The Sedalia-based company serves the energy industry in a variety of ways. Sedalia is about 70 miles southeast of the Kansas City metro area. During March, Missouri added 24,300 new jobs, bringing the state unemployment rate down by three-tenths of a point to 9.1 percent.
