BASF, a German agtech company, and Hubbell-Killark, a global provider of integrated electrical industrial products, have agreed to lease 240,000 sq. ft. of space in KP Development’s Fenton Logistics Park, in St. Louis, Missouri. Hubbell-Killark will occupy a single-use, 160,000 sq. ft. facility, while BASF will move into an 80,000 sq. ft. space in another building at the former Chrysler plant site.
“Fenton Logistics Park is a perfect fit for our company,” said Warren Jenkins, general manager of Hubbell-Killark. “Integrating our manufacturing operations, offices and warehouse under one roof will create significant efficiencies and benefits for our organization.”
The former Chrysler plant closed in 2009, and has since been repurposed as the new Fenton Logistics Park. Hubbell-Killark and BASF will join BJC’s Clinical Asset Management Division, CoreLink, Alkem Labs and Beckwood Press Co. as tenants at the park.
