Today we are taking a look back at food solutions company, Aurora Organic Dairy’s expansion near Columbia, Missouri.
In April, Aurora Organic Dairy, a leading producer and processor of store-brand organic milk and butter for U.S. retailers, announced plans to construct a new dairy processing facility. The facility represented more than $100 million in capital investment and is expected to create more than 150 new jobs for the region.
“We are going to do everything we can to create more jobs for Missouri families,” Missouri Governor Eric Greitens said. “We are excited for Aurora Organic Dairy to set up shop in our state and start producing Missouri-made goods. I thank the company for their business and their confidence in what we plan to achieve. Together, we’re going to grow business and grow Missouri’s economy.”
