All month long Missouri Partnership is taking a look back at some of Missouri’s biggest stories in economic development from the past year, and today we are taking a look at AT&T’s expansion, adding more than 300 new jobs to the state.
In August, AT&T announced it was expanding its operations adding more than 300 new employees in call center and retail jobs across Missouri. The company looked to fill more than 50 retail sales jobs in stores across the St. Louis region, as well as additional hires in stores in Kansas City, Sikeston, Cape Girardeau and Rolla. AT&T also planed to hire 150 call center workers in Cape Girardeau and 100 in Springfield.
