Missouri Wins 2017: Altec Industries Expands, Creates 105 New Jobs

Today we are taking a look back at advanced manufacturing company, Altec Industries’ expansion near St. Joseph, Missouri.
In April, Altec Industries, a provider of products and services to the electric utility, telecommunications, tree care, lights and signs, and contractor markets, announced it plans to expand, adding 105 new jobs to the region.
“Our goal is to be good stewards in all communities in which we live and work. It is this type of cooperation that allows us to keep growing our facility in St. Joseph,” said Colby Edwards, director of manufacturing at the St. Joseph facility.
