Missouri Takes Flight in the UK

“There’s nothing that makes you stop, stare and dream like having a fighter jet screaming overhead,” writes Missouri Partnership’s Mark Sutherland in his latest contribution to the BritView thought leadership blog. “That was my childhood.”
And it was this childhood in Southern England that gave him a view of the latest in military aviation from his bedroom window that overlooked the Farnborough International Airshow.
“But unknown to me, every time an F-15 flew overhead, I was watching the Missouri-UK connection in action,” Mark writes. “As that F-15 … was born in Missouri.”
