Missouri Partnership’s Sal Maniaci Selected for 2025 Leadership Missouri Program

Sal Maniaci, Vice President, Business Recruitment at Missouri Partnership, has been named to the 2025 class of Leadership Missouri, the state’s premier leadership development program offered by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Leadership Missouri is designed to enhance the leadership skills of established and emerging professionals through immersive experiences across the state. The seven-month program kicked off last week in St. Louis and includes sessions in Springfield, Kansas City, Hannibal, Jefferson City, and Cape Girardeau, before concluding in the Lake of the Ozarks region in November.

“I’m honored to be part of this year’s Leadership Missouri class,” said Sal Maniaci. “This experience will deepen my understanding of the unique assets and opportunities in communities across our state—insight that’s critical as we work to attract new business investment and create jobs in Missouri.”

Now in its 35th year, Leadership Missouri connects participants with leaders from business, government, and non-profit sectors to foster a more unified and informed vision for Missouri’s future.

“Missouri needs leaders who can work across industries and regions to unite our state,” said Kara Corches, Missouri Chamber President and CEO. “That is exactly what Leadership Missouri provides, and it is the reason this program has remained vital in Missouri for 35 years.”
