Missouri Mega Site Earns Top Certification from Site Selector’s Guild

The Heart of America Mega-Site in New Florence, Missouri, received a REDI Sites Bronze designation from the Site Selectors Guild. The REDI Sites Bronze designation places the Heart of America Mega-Site in an elite category, highlighting its readiness for large-scale industrial development. According to the Site Selectors Guild, REDI Sites “provides a searchable database of available sites that have undergone rigorous assessment set by the world’s foremost group of site selection consultants.”
As the only certified site of its kind in Missouri and one of 16 in the country, this recognition underscores the region’s commitment to fostering economic growth and attracting major investments. With this milestone, the Greater Montgomery County Economic Development Council continues to pave the way for future business opportunities and long-term prosperity in New Florence and beyond.
