St. Louis Community College is expanding with a new $41 million health sciences building at its Forest Park campus in St. Louis, Missouri. The facility, which is nearing completion, is meant to attract a bigger segment of students interested in pursuing careers in health care.
The Center for Nursing and Health Sciences building, which broke ground in 2018, is a four-story, 96,000-sq. ft. facility, and will be the home to 14 new health innovation programs for more than 900 students.
Cutting-edge biomedical research is taking place across Missouri, in world-renowned research hospitals, and innovation communities such as Cortex and the Missouri Innovation Center.
