National Geographic Traveler recently named Kansas City, Missouri, as one of its “Best Trips 2019.” The magazine published its list of the 28 most exciting destinations for the year ahead, and Kansas City is the only U.S. destination on the list in the city category.
The article highlights the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, the National World War I Museum, the historic 18th and Vine Jazz District (including both the American Jazz Museum and Negro Leagues Baseball Museum) and the revitalization of the West Bottoms.
