Springfield, St. Louis, and Kansas City, Missouri, were each ranked among the top cities in the U.S. for affordability for college students, according to a new study by MagnifyMoney. Springfield, St. Louis, and Kansas City ranked first, second, and fifth respectively.
Springfield took the top spot in the rankings thanks to its low cost of living, while St. Louis ranked second and was credited for its world-class universities. Kansas City rounded out the top five ranking high on low unemployment rates among college students and for the affordability of its universities.
