Welcome to the Crossroads Business and Industrial Park.
Located in Southwest Missouri in the four-corners region of Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, Crossroads is a more than 200-acre park zoned for industrial and commercial use with an 80-acre certified site available.
A certified site in Missouri requires the ground be mostly clear and level, be at least 25 acres, be intended for business use, have at least a six-inch water main, industrial capacity sanitary sewer, and three-phase 12 kilovolt electric infrastructure.
This Joplin site has all utilities available with water provided by Missouri American Water, sewer treatment provided by the City of Joplin, and natural gas provided via a six-inch gas main, by Spire. It is served by a 12 kV distribution line, and 69 kV transmission is provided by Liberty Utilities. The site is adjacent to the Liberty Utilities substation.
There are no wetlands or environmental issues, and a soils report is available.
The site is strategically located at the crossroads of I-44 and I-49, and has its own exit from the interstate. The Joplin Regional Airport is just a few miles away, and Missouri Southern University is also nearby, offering students more than 140 degree programs to choose from.
With its location in southwest Missouri, in an industrial park that’s already home to big names like Amazon, Casey’s and General Mills, this shovel ready site is perfect for your next facility.
