Cathleen Flournoy, Vice President, Business Recruitment at Missouri Partnership, recently joined dozens of other leaders in Missouri as they graduated from the Missouri Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Leadership Missouri program.
Founded in 1990, Leadership Missouri aims to identify current and emerging leaders throughout the state, enhance their leadership skills and deepen their knowledge of the state’s opportunities and challenges. Participants spend seven months traveling across Missouri, networking with peers and learning about challenges and opportunities in our state.
“I would like to congratulate all of our Leadership Missouri graduates,” said Daniel P. Mehan, President and CEO, Missouri Chamber. “It’s been a great experience to work with these very talented leaders from across Missouri and help grow their potential to Missouri move forward. We designed Leadership Missouri to elevate the talent of our state’s leadership pool and establish a forum for sharing ideas and best practices. Over the past 31 years, all of our expectations for this program have been met — and more.”
Cathleen joined Missouri Partnership in January 2020. Cathleen is part of a team that leads successful business attraction projects across the state and works with companies, site location consultants, state and local economic development partners, and other various influencers involved in the site selection process.
“I am very proud of Cathleen and her accomplishments in the Leadership Missouri program,” said Subash Alias, CEO of Missouri Partnership. “For the past three years, Cathleen has been an invaluable member of our team and a tireless promoter of Missouri. As a fellow graduate, I know first-hand that the experience Cathleen has received from Leadership Missouri will be invaluable moving forward as she continues to attract new companies to Missouri.”
