Kourtney Graham Baldauf Joins Missouri Partnership to Lead Business Development Initiatives

Missouri Partnership announced today that Kourtney Graham Baldauf will join the organization as Vice President, Business Development. In this newly reengineered role, Baldauf will lead initiatives to attract new businesses to Missouri, collaborating with state, regional, and local partners to drive strategic economic development.

“Kourtney brings an exceptional track record in business development across construction, real estate, and financial services,” said Subash Alias, CEO of Missouri Partnership. “Her ability to generate growth and develop meaningful relationships makes her an outstanding addition to our team, and we are excited to leverage her expertise to strengthen Missouri’s business recruitment efforts.”

Before joining Missouri Partnership, Baldauf served on the Business Development and Strategic Planning team at Kadean Construction, where she was brought on to drive sales and diversify the company’s business portfolio. In this role, she successfully expanded into emerging market sectors, laying the foundation for long-term growth. As part of a high-performing team, she played a key role in business development, contributing to nearly $50 million in sales within her first 18 months and helping generate over $100 million in new leads. She previously held roles in Business Development and Project Management at Western Specialty Contractors and in Property Management at Cushman & Wakefield, gaining extensive experience in client development, project management, and strategic market expansion.

Baldauf holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She will be based in Missouri Partnership’s St. Louis office.
