Kansas City ranked 11th with 3.72 million square feet of warehouse real estate under construction, followed by St. Louis with 3.07 square feet under construction.
The Riverside-San Bernardino metro area, also known as the Inland Empire, has the most warehouse space under construction, with more than 17.5 million square feet.
