MiTek Industries, the world leader in supplying software, products and services to the building components industry, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to launch their new expansion in Chesterfield, Missouri. The expansion represents $16 million in capital investment and is expected to create more than 100 high-paying jobs.
“More and more growing companies are finding that the high-quality workforce and the pro-business climate we have here in the Show-Me State are conducive to their growth and success,” said DED Director Mike Downing. “The state of Missouri is proud to congratulate MiTek on its expansion in Chesterfield.”
Headquartered in Missouri since 1991, the company currently employs 400 people in the state and 4,500 worldwide. The new, expanded facility will house MiTek’s growing core business divisions and corporate services, including software development, engineering services, and the related administration and executive groups.
