Anew business will soon be occupying space at the Camdenton Business Park.
In the city of Camdenton’s regularly scheduled April 15, 2014 board of aldermen meeting, the board announced the approval of an agreement that was reached with FiberGlass Tank Solutions, LLC.
The board approved the lease during the closed session of the board meeting, which started prior to the regular meeting. FiberGlass Tank Solutions, LLC has agreed to a 5-year maximum lease which includes the 16,580-square-foot Galva Foam Building and an approximate 3.64-acre site.
The agreement set forth includes $50,000 in improvements and requires the company to create a minimum of five jobs, though the company anticipates a total of 18 positions during the entire lease
