Cushman & Wakefield U.S. Inc., a global leader in commercial real estate services, cut the ribbon on its new 90,000 sq. ft. office near St. Louis, Missouri. The $17.4 million expansion is expected to add 600 new jobs to the St. Louis region.
Cushman & Wakefield is among the largest commercial real estate services firms in the world, with revenues of $5 billion. The firm operates approximately 250 offices in more than 60 countries and has more than 43,000 employees. Cushman & Wakefield has been in Missouri for more than 90 years, with more than 1000 employees in the area.
