SugarCreek Packing Co., TopOPPS, ACCI Specialty Materials, and Pipkins have all recently announced plans to expand in Missouri. In fact, companies across Missouri are choosing the Show-Me state as the best place to expand, continuing to take advantage of the state’s low business costs, globally connected infrastructure, quality of life and highly skilled talent.
SugarCreek Packing Co. is expanding its facility in Carthage, Missouri, with plans to create 70 new manufacturing jobs. TopOPPS, a St. Louis-based software company, is expanding its facility as well creating more than 35 new jobs.
“We are working hard every single day to get more jobs with higher pay for Missourians—and businesses and companies across our state are taking notice of the new direction we’re taking the state,” said Missouri Governor Eric Greitens. “You sent me here to fight for you and to fight for more jobs with higher pay—and we’re going to continue to do everything we can to make sure that we put Missourians back to work.”
Additional companies expanding include ACCI Specialty Materials, a startup that manufactures chemical products for the aerospace and automotive industries, which is planning to add 14 jobs at its facility in Harrisonville, Missouri, and Pipkins, a software company based in Chesterfield, Missouri, which plans to add 10 high-paying jobs in the community.
