Mac Rak Inc., the industry leader in engineered warehouse storage rack repair, announced plans to expand in Moberly, Missouri. The $2.5 million expansion is expected to add more than 30 new jobs to the region.
“By moving into this facility, Mac Rak is going to make a big difference for the community of Moberly,” said Rob Dixon, Director of Missouri’s Department of Economic Development. “We’re excited we could be part of the project team that helped make that happen.”
Mac Rak’s products repair and protect warehouse rack systems quicker and more cost effectively than traditional frame replacement. They have a diverse client base including household names such as Home Depot, Kraft Foods, US Food Service, McLane Distribution, Medline and Amazon.
“Moberly has been very inviting to us since early conversations began and they did an excellent job providing us with the resources we needed to make this expansion possible,” said Shawn MacDonald President of Mac Rak. “Moberly, being geographically centered between St. Louis and Kansas City, will provide us with many options of existing and new raw material suppliers. I am proud of our company’s growth and excited for the Moberly facility to join the Mac Rak family.”
