Trinity Technology Group (TTG) Inc., an advanced manufacturer of polytetrafluoroethylene chemicals, announced plans to expand its existing 65,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Higginsville, Missouri. The expansion represents $7.25 million in capital investment, and is expected to create 20 new jobs in the region.

Polytetrafluoroethylene, is a synthetic material consisting of billions of small pores with numerous applications, can be used to make lightweight, waterproof and breathable textiles, medical and automotive filtration devices, and other flexible porous products. TTG Inc.’s polytetrafluoroethylene membrane films are utilized in various products that protect from moisture, wind, chemicals, and blood-borne pathogens.
