Prock Operations, an advanced manufacturer of custom cabinets and glass showcases, announced plans to expand in St. James, Missouri. The planned 50,000 sq. ft. expansion is expected to add 40 new jobs to the region.
“We knew we wanted to stay in St. James, but had to perform our due diligence and explore all our opportunities,” said Dennis Prock, founder of Prock Operations. “Through the work provided by the Rolla Regional Economic Commission and the St. James Industrial Development Authority, and with the support of the City of St. James, we were happily able to make the business case for staying and growing in St. James.”
“It would have been very detrimental to the community to have lost Prock Operations,” said St. James Mayor Jim White. “Not only the many jobs they provide, but the impact of the empty space it would have left. Instead we are thrilled to have their growth happening in St. James.”
