Located in the southwest corner of Missouri, near Springfield, the state’s third largest city, Trogdon Industrial Park is home to approximately 100 heavy manufacturing and distribution certified acres.

A certified site in Missouri requires the ground be mostly clear and level, be at least 25 acres, be intended for business use, have at least a six-inch water main, industrial capacity sanitary sewer, and three-phase 12 kilovolt electric infrastructure.

Trogdon Industrial Park has the capacity for 2.5 million gallons per day (GPD) water, and 1.5 million GPD of sewer treatment provided by the City of Republic. Electricity is provided by City Utilities of Springfield, and gas is provided by Spire.

The site is located directly adjacent to the four-lane highway 360 and is just miles from interstate highway 44 and the Springfield-Branson national airport.

With its location in a metro area or nearly half a million people, easy access to the interstate, established utilities and access to a large talent pool emerging from Springfield’s public and private universities, including Missouri State University, this shovel ready site is perfect for your next facility.
