Graematter, the regulatory intelligence startup operating out of the downtown T-REx building, will more than triple its staff in the coming weeks as it expands to support its new search system, Sofie.

Sofie was formally introduced on Friday to a group, including St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay, at the Center for Emerging Technologies in Midtown. The search system is advertised to significantly reduce the amount of time medical equipment professionals research, sort and analyze data — in some cases, doing work that previously took days in just a few hours.
