Post Holdings Inc., the branded cereal business being spun off by Bill Stiritz’s Ralcorp Holdings Inc. , will create at least 150 jobs locally, most of them in downtown St. Louis.

And Post, known for Grape-Nuts, Honey Bunches of Oats and breakfast staples like Shredded Wheat, is getting its own sweetened deal from Missouri — $3.8 million in Missouri Quality Jobs Incentive tax credits when it creates those jobs.
