For the fourth time in five years, Commerce Bank topped the J.D. Power and Associates U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study in the Midwest Region.
With a score of 801 on a 1,000-point scale, Commerce Bank ranks in the top 20 nationwide. The study polled about 52,000 retail banking customers, analyzing their satisfaction with banking experiences related to account activities, account information, facilities, fees, problem resolution and product offering.

Commerce was one of several banks based in Missouri to perform well. UMB Bank ranked second in the Midwest with a score of 794. First Bank of Missouri was 4th in the Midwest, with a score of 778. Great Southern Bank ranked 6th with 775 points.
