Missouri Governor Eric Greitens wants to let companies and entrepreneurs know that Missouri is continuing its work to make doing business in the state easier. In an effort to cut red tape and make growing your business in Missouri more efficient than ever Gov. Greitens launched a website seeking the public’s input to weed out unnecessary regulations.

“When we took office, we took aim at burdensome regulations. We froze all new red tape and told agencies to start cutting. Big government kills jobs and hurts working families,” Greitens wrote on the website. “This is your government. We want to hear from you. What’s broken? What’s working? Let us know so we can fix it.”

The website is in addition to an executive order Gov. Greitens signed earlier this year, which requires state agencies to review all existing and proposed regulations. And these are just some of the many things Missouri is doing to help you grow your business.

Missouri also recently became a right-to-work state. This bars employers from requiring employees to become, remain or refrain from becoming a member of a labor organization, or pay dues or other charges required of labor organization members as a condition of employment.

In addition, Missouri provides companies with low business costs and a solid business foundation, financial and otherwise. In Missouri, taxes and business costs don’t eat up all of your company’s profits, and our 50+ years of AAA bond rating is representative of Missouri’s solid financial acumen and stable financial foundations.

So if you are expanding take a look at Missouri and what we can make, move and grow for you. When you do you’ll see that Missouri is the best place for your business to grow for years to come.
