The site is located one mile from the four-lane U.S. highway 67 and 52 miles from interstate highway 55. Nearby businesses include Mid Continent Nail Corporation, Gates Corporation, and Brigg and Stratton Corporation.
This Poplar Bluff site has the capacity for 6.4 million gallons per day (GPD) water from Poplar Bluff Municipal Utilities, and 6.4 million GPD sewer treatment from the City of Poplar Bluff. Poplar Bluff Municipal Utilities provides the site with 13.2 kv of electricity and Spire provides natural gas via a two-inch main.
