All month long Missouri Partnership is taking a look back at 31 of Missouri’s biggest stories in economic development from the past year. Today we are taking a look back at Total Quality Logistics’ expansion in Kansas City, Missouri.
On November 14, Total Quality Logistics (TQL) opened their newest sales office in Kansas City, Missouri. The expansion is TQL’s second in Missouri since 2014 and plans to bring 50 to 75 jobs to the Kansas City area.
“Six years ago we set out to recruit, retain, and grow transportation and logistics companies right here in Missouri,” said Governor Jay Nixon. “TQL’s decision to expand in Missouri for a second time has helped drive our economic comeback, with record employment and millions in new investments throughout the state.”
TQL connects customers needing to move truckload freight with quality carriers who have the capacity to move it.
