All month long Missouri Partnership is taking a look back at 31 of Missouri’s biggest stories in economic development from the past year. Today we take a look at Cushman & Wakefield’s expansion in St. Louis, Missouri.
On October 15, Cushman & Wakefield U.S. Inc., a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced its plans to locate their new 90,000 sq. ft. office in St. Louis, Missouri. The expansion represented more than $17 million in investment and added 600 new jobs to the St. Louis region.
“This expansion is a clear indication of our dedication to the St. Louis community, our employees, and our clients,” said Joe Stettinius, Cushman & Wakefield Chief Executive, Americas. “Over nine decades, our employees in St. Louis have played a crucial role in the growth of our firm, from both a local and global perspective.”
Cushman & Wakefield U.S. Inc. has been in Missouri for 90 years, with more than 900 employees calling the region home.
