$350-million Entertainment Resort and Conference Project Underway at Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri

Construction is officially underway on the new $350 million Oasis at Lakeport, a family resort and entertainment district offering an amusement park, Marriott Hotels property and conference center, an amphitheater, and public boat slips. Phase one is set to open in Summer 2025.
The project, by St. Louis-based Skyview Partners, Tegethoff Development, and Brinkmann Constructors, is designed to be family-friendly, but also a premier location for business conferences and corporate meetings.
Oasis at Lakeport will pair unprecedented lakeside entertainment with the trusted lodging and event management experience of Marriott Hotels. KOMU’s coverage of the groundbreaking mentions 25 conference groups have already reserved full buyouts of the hotel representing more than 150,000 overnight stays.
This development will add to Missouri’s business travel and outdoor entertainment destinations. Just two hours south, you’ll find entertainment and accommodations at Big Cedar Lodge, entertainment and corporate meeting venues in Branson, and Tiger Woods designed golf at Payne’s Valley Golf Course.
